1. Data We Collect

Account data: name, email, username, phone, hashed password.
Trading data: signal interactions and risk settings.
Technical data: IP address, device, browser, timestamps, audit and error logs.
Optional integrations: Telegram chat ID for alert delivery.

2. How We Use Data

Deliver signals, market intelligence, and platform features.
Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
Secure accounts: fraud detection, rate limiting, abuse prevention.
Improve AI models on aggregated, de-identified data only.
Send transactional and (opt-in) marketing communications.

3. Sharing

We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Supabase/Lovable Cloud (hosting), Telegram (if you opt in), and AI providers (Google, OpenAI) for inference on anonymized prompts. We never sell your data.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Audit logs are retained for 2 years for fraud and compliance investigations. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@fxsentinel.today. We respond within 30 days.

6. Security

We use TLS in transit, encryption at rest, Row-Level Security on every user table, password breach checks (HIBP), rate limiting, and audit logging. No system is 100% secure — report issues to security@fxsentinel.today.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are optional and can be disabled.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
