You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API tokens, and any broker connections. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Trading carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance, backtests, and AI confidence scores do not predict future results. Losses can exceed deposits when trading on margin.
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell signals, abuse rate limits, or use the Service to harm others or violate any law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FXSentinel and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
